Bridal Makeup Service Agreement & Terms
Studio Base: Wilmington, North Carolina
These Terms & Conditions apply to all clients receiving makeup services from Reyanne Wilkie, Makeup Artist. By booking services, the client agrees to the policies outlined below.
SERVICE PRICING
Bridal Makeup – $200
Full customized skin preparation
False lashes
Chest/shoulder glow enhancement
Extended detail time for perfection
Custom bridal look
Touch up kit
Bridesmaid Makeup – $150
Basic skin preparation
False lashes
Touch up kit
Mother of the Bride / Groom – $115
Basic skin preparation
Touch up kit
False lashes available for an additional $15
Flower Girls & Junior Bridesmaids – $35–$100
Pricing is based on the complexity of requested services.
Services for children ages 9–17
A parent or legal guardian must provide consent
Parent/legal guardian must be present during service
Travel Fee and Parking
Travel within 20 miles of Wilmington, NC is included.
Locations exceeding 20 miles from Wilmington, NC will incur a travel fee of: $1 per mile (round trip) beyond the 20 mile radius.
Any required parking, valet, or toll fees must be covered by the client.
Address must be confirmed by wedding coordination team or Bride for the getting ready location/wedding venue at least 2 weeks before the wedding date.
BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY
Appointments must be secured 2–3 weeks prior to service date (subject to availability).
Deposit
A $100 non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve your wedding date.
Booking deposit must be paid within 7 days of receiving your contract.
If payment is not received within 7 days, the date will be released.
Bride Only wedding (no bridal party) will require a $50 non-refundable booking deposit.
The booking deposit is applied toward the final price of your booking costs.

No checks will be accepted.
Remaining Balance
The remaining bridal balance and bridal party payments are due on the day of service.
One payment is preferred - Individual payments of bridal parties is not ideal for timing and efficiency
Trial appointments must be paid in full at the time of service.
All payments are final.
No refunds.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made within 14 days of the original booking date.
After this period, the client will be responsible for the full contracted service amount.
All booking deposit and trial run costs are non-refundable.
DELAYS & TIMING
A late fee of $20 per 30-minute interval will be charged for client delays.
If makeup services exceed scheduled time due to client delay, additional fees may apply.
The client is responsible for providing an accurate and realistic timeline for the wedding day.
Makeup artist take 60-90 minutes for the bride, 30-45 minutes for the bridesmaids, moms and others, 15 minutes for set up, 15 minutes for pack up, 5 minutes between each attendee.
If there are more than 6 attendees, a 30 minute break may be requested.
SERVICE LOCATION REQUIREMENTS
Makeup by Reyanne offers services out of their studio or on-site services
For on-site services:
To ensure optimal results, the client agrees to provide-
A clean, dry face prior to application
A workspace with appropriate lighting
A flat surface (table or counter) for kit setup
Room temperature no warmer than 73°F
At least 15 minutes for artist setup
No eating, drinking, chewing gum, vaping or vynning during makeup application.
HEALTH & SANITATION POLICY
(Updated in accordance with North Carolina Board of Cosmetic Art Examiners guidelines)
Makeup by Reyanne strictly adheres to sanitation and infection control standards required by the State of North Carolina.
Sanitation Standards Include:
Use of hospital-grade disinfectants on tools and surfaces
Brushes cleaned and disinfected between each client
Use of disposable, single-use applicators (mascara wands, lip applicators, cotton puffs etc.)
Hands washed and sanitized between each client
Products decanted onto sanitized palettes before application
Fresh linens or disposable barriers used for each client
Health Screening & Illness Policy
Services will not be performed on clients exhibiting symptoms of contagious illness (fever, flu-like symptoms, active infections, etc.).
If a client has open wounds, active skin infections, cold sores, conjunctivitis, or other communicable conditions, services may be refused.
The artist reserves the right to wear PPE if deemed necessary.
Clients must disclose skin sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions prior to service.
If either the artist or client becomes ill prior to the event, transparency is required so proper accommodations can be made.
LIABILITY
All tools and products are sanitized according to North Carolina state regulations.
Clients are responsible for disclosing allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions prior to application.
A patch test may be performed upon request.
Makeup by Reyanne is not liable for allergic reactions due to undisclosed conditions.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
The artist reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if:
The client has an infectious condition
The client has open wounds in the service area
The artist feels unsafe, threatened, or verbally abused
Working conditions are unsanitary or unsafeIf services are discontinued under these circumstances, no refund will be issued.
AGREEMENT
These terms apply to each and every client receiving services from Reyanne Wilkie.
Booking services indicates understanding and agreement to all policies stated above.
